Internship: Project Management
Would you like to gain your first hands-on experience in project management, develop your organizational and communication skills, and actively support exciting IT projects? Then Ai11 Consulting is the ideal place for you! Together with our experienced consultants, project managers, and developers, you'll gain insights into different project phases and learn how client requirements are captured in a structured way, how solutions are coordinated, and how projects are successfully delivered. Step by step, you'll take on your own tasks and support our team in day-to-day project work.
Your Tasks
- Support our project managers in planning, coordinating, and delivering client projects
- Work together with various internal and external teams and help coordinate requirements, tasks, and dependencies transparently
- Support the capture and structuring of business requirements as well as the preparation of user stories, tasks, and project documentation
- Actively take part in client meetings, workshops, and internal alignments, and support their preparation and follow-up
- Help keep track of project progress, open items, priorities, risks, and deadlines
- Support the maintenance and further development of project plans, boards, documentation, and other project management materials
- Gain insights into agile and traditional project management methods as well as the collaboration between consulting, development, and clients
Your Qualifications
- Ongoing studies in business, business informatics, computer science, project management, or a related field (university/UAS)
- Interest in project management, IT projects, and digital technologies
- Structured, organized, and reliable working style with the ability to keep an overview across multiple tasks
- Solution-oriented and proactive approach with analytical thinking
- Team player with good communication skills
- Enjoyment of structuring and documenting information clearly
- A plus: Initial experience with project management or collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar applications
- A plus: Initial knowledge of agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- Good German and English skills

The minimum salary for this position is based on the IT collective agreement (UBIT) for interns. Higher compensation is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
