We're looking for a dedicated Python Developer to support our team in building AI-powered solutions — with the opportunity to dive into the Rasa framework and develop next-generation conversational AI systems. Your Tasks

  • Back-end development in Python: design, implement, and maintain scalable applications and services
  • Develop and optimize machine learning and NLP models (e.g., intent recognition, entity extraction, language processing)
  • Integrate external systems via RESTful APIs and webhooks
  • Perform unit and end-to-end tests, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement
  • Optional: dive into the Rasa framework to develop and maintain conversational AI systems

Your Qualifications

  • Completed degree in computer science, data science, or a related field
  • Strong Python skills and software development experience
  • Experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)
  • Knowledge of NLP technologies (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face)
  • Experience with REST APIs, Git, and agile development methodologies
  • Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and willingness to learn new technologies
  • A plus: Initial experience with Rasa
  • A plus: Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

The minimum salary for this position is € 1,900 gross/month (full-time, 38.5h/week, 14x annually) under the IT collective agreement (UBIT). Higher compensation is possible depending on qualifications and experience.
